1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, whom we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have, in relation to:

  • the Site — the website https://ram-shipping.com.ua (including ram-shipping.com and the customer portal portal.ram-shipping.com) and its subdomains;
  • the Extension — the Google Chrome browser extension “RAM Shipping”, ID hlepncelffbopanhnpodikeblaolepfh, published on the Chrome Web Store by the developer account PAR Soft, inc (PAR SOFT, INC., operator of auctiongate.io).

By installing or using the Extension, and by using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not install the Extension and do not use the Site.

This Policy is deliberately detailed. We would rather describe exactly what we do — including sign-in, managed access to auction accounts and the collection of behavioural data — than hide it behind generic wording.

2. Who we are

RAM International Shipping determines the purposes of processing in relation to its customers; PAR SOFT, INC. provides the technology, infrastructure and technical support and processes data on behalf of RAM International Shipping and for the maintenance, security and improvement of the product.

3. White-label disclosure

The “RAM Shipping” extension is a white-label build of the AuctionGate extension.

We want this to be entirely clear to users, to Google and to any supervisory authority:

  1. The Extension is developed, signed, maintained and published by PAR SOFT, INC. (auctiongate.io). RAM International Shipping is the white-label licensee: it provides the brand, the local commercial content (tariffs, price lists, services) and the relationship with the end customer.
  2. The Extension shares the same code base, the same server infrastructure, the same APIs and the same data-processing procedures as the AuctionGate extension and as other white-label builds of the same product distributed for other partners. Wherever the Extension interface or listing refers to sign-in “through the AuctionGate service”, it means this shared platform.
  3. Accordingly, data collected by the Extension is transmitted to and stored on infrastructure operated by PAR SOFT, INC. (AuctionGate), and authorised AuctionGate personnel have access to that data as described in section 9.
  4. Security fixes, updates and functional changes are applied centrally to all builds of the product.
  5. The AuctionGate privacy policy (https://auctiongate.io/us/policy) supplements this one. In the event of any conflict, this Policy prevails in respect of the “RAM Shipping” extension.

4. Single purpose of the Extension

To help buyers, dealers and importers purchase physical vehicles on the North American salvage and used-car auctions Copart and IAAI (IAA): by showing on the lot page the vehicle’s history and condition data and the total landed cost of purchase, shipping and customs clearance to Ukraine and other destination countries, and by giving the dealer’s staff and customers controlled access to the dealer’s auction buyer account with the limits the dealer sets.

Features serving that purpose:

  • cost calculator — lot price + auction fees + inland transport in the USA/Canada + ocean freight + customs duties and taxes + broker services, using the price list that RAM International Shipping assigns to the user;
  • lot research — VIN check, previous sale and bid history of the lot on Copart and IAAI, VIN decoding and vehicle specifications;
  • documents — export documents, document-processing costs and shipment status;
  • managed auction-account access — working in RAM International Shipping’s Copart/IAAI buyer account with limits on bid amount, number of simultaneous bids, number of vehicles won, live auctions and states; personal watch list; history of visited lots, bids and purchases;
  • improving and securing the Extension through usage analysis.

Express clarification: the Extension is not a gambling, betting, lottery, prediction-market, investment or game-of-chance tool, and it does not facilitate any such activity. The words “bid” or “offer” refer solely to the price offered for a physical good (a car) at a commercial auction of movable property. There is no random outcome, no odds, no cash prize and no wager of any kind.

5. Where the Extension runs

The Extension runs only on the following domains:

  • copart.com, copart.ca, their subdomains and regional domains;
  • iaai.com, iaai.ca, their subdomains and regional domains;
  • ram-shipping.com.ua, ram-shipping.com and portal.ram-shipping.com;
  • auctiongate.io.

Outside these domains the Extension injects no code, reads no page content, observes no user activity, reads no cookies and collects no data whatsoever. We have no access to your other tabs, to your general browser history, to your email, to your online banking or to any other site.

The Extension contains no Google Analytics, no Meta (Facebook) Pixel and no other third-party analytics or advertising code. Extension data stays on AuctionGate servers and is not transferred to any third party, except to the infrastructure providers acting as our processors (section 9.5) and to authorities where the law requires it (section 9.6).

7. What data we collect

7.1. Data collected through the Site

  • Data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone / Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram number, message content, details of the vehicle or lot you are interested in, and any other data you enter in a form or in correspondence with us.
  • Customer account data, if you create one: user ID, contact details, request history, history of purchased and imported vehicles, invoices and payments.
  • Site browsing data: IP address, pages visited, referrer, date and time, cookie and device identifiers, browser and operating-system type, approximate country and region.

7.2. Account and authentication data in the Extension

The Extension includes sign-in to your RAM International Shipping / AuctionGate account. Accordingly:

  • When you sign in, the Extension transmits the email address (or login) and password you enter to AuctionGate servers over an encrypted TLS channel, for the sole purpose of verifying your credentials.
  • The password is never stored in the Extension, is never written to local storage in readable form, is never logged and is never sent to any third party; on our servers it exists only as a salted cryptographic hash.
  • After successful sign-in, the Extension stores a session token in extension storage. It identifies your session, is revoked when you sign out or uninstall, and is transmitted only to AuctionGate servers.
  • Your name, email, phone number, assigned price list, limits and account identifier are available to the Extension so that it can show your profile, your tariffs, your limits and your saved lots.

7.3. Managed access to the dealer’s auction account

Bidding on Copart and IAAI requires a registered buyer account. RAM International Shipping holds such accounts and lets its staff and customers work in them through the Extension, with limits that RAM International Shipping sets for each user. In this mode:

  • The credentials of RAM International Shipping’s auction account are held on AuctionGate servers; they are not shown to you and are not stored in readable form on your device. The Extension places the session of that account into your browser only on the Copart and IAAI domains.
  • To enforce the limits, the Extension records, for each user, the lots you open, the bids you place (lot, amount, time, result) and the vehicles won, and shows this history to you and to RAM International Shipping.
  • We do not collect, read, intercept or store the credentials, cookies or session tokens of your own personal Copart, IAAI, bank, email or any other third-party account. If you sign in to Copart or IAAI with your own account, the Extension does not touch that session.
  • Account protection. To prevent the extraction of the dealer’s auction session, if browser developer tools are opened while managed access is active, the Extension closes the auction tabs, closes the developer tools and disables itself. This mechanism collects no additional content; only a security event record (time, installation identifier, Extension version) is kept.

7.4. Data collected by the Extension, by declared category

This is the complete list of data categories that must be declared on the Extension’s Chrome Web Store listing, with a concrete description of what each category means in our case.

a) Personally identifiable information

Name, email address, phone number and account identifier, as described in section 7.2. Why: to authenticate you, link the Extension to your account, apply your price list and limits, show your saved lots, and provide support.

b) Authentication information

The credentials you enter in the Extension’s own sign-in form and the resulting session token (section 7.2); and the session of the dealer’s auction account used for managed access (section 7.3). Why: solely to authenticate you to the service, keep your session alive and give you access to the dealer’s auction account.

c) Location

Approximate country and region derived from your IP address; time zone and language configured in the browser. We do not use GPS, Bluetooth, nearby Wi-Fi networks or any other precise geolocation technique, and we do not know your address or exact location. Why: to show the correct destination port and freight rates, adapt language and currency, apply the correct customs rules, comply with sanctions and export-control requirements, and detect anomalous access to the dealer’s account.

d) Web history

While the Extension is active on the domains listed in section 5, we record: the URL, title and time of the Copart and IAAI pages you open; the lot number and VIN identified on those pages; the search queries and filters you apply within those sites; and the order of lot pages visited in a session. Why: to retrieve and display the vehicle report for the lot you are viewing; to provide the history of visited lots and the watch list; to calculate price statistics for comparable lots; and to produce usage statistics.

We do not record the URLs, titles or content of any page outside the domains listed in section 5, and we have no access to your general browser history.

e) User activity

Clicks (element and timestamp); mouse cursor position and movement; scrolling and reading depth; dwell time on each screen and session duration; opening, closing and use of the Extension’s panels and calculators; the text you type into the search field of the auction site and into the Extension’s own search fields; and bids placed and purchases made through managed access (section 7.3).

Why: to auto-complete and correct the VIN or lot number you type; to enforce the limits set by the dealer; to show you your bid and purchase history; to detect interface errors and friction points; and to improve the product.

Important clarification about keystroke capture. We capture typed text only in search fields. We do not capture what you type into: sign-in forms of third-party sites, password fields, bank card or payment fields, personal-data forms, chats or messaging, or any other input field. A bid is recorded only as the submitted amount for the lot, as described in section 7.3 — not as keystrokes. Before transmission, captured search text passes through an automatic filter that discards strings matching the shape of a password, payment card, identity document or email address.

f) Website content

The public vehicle data displayed on the lot page: VIN, lot number, make, model, year, trim; odometer, damage type and severity, title status, key status, engine and transmission; physical lot location and scheduled auction date; prices and bids publicly displayed, buy-now price, estimated retail value; and the URLs of the lot photographs. Why: to feed the cost calculator, compare the lot with historical sales of equivalent vehicles and compose the vehicle report shown to you.

We do not extract or store full page content, page scripts or complete HTML.

g) Technical and diagnostic data

Extension version, browser version, operating system, screen resolution, interface language, a random pseudonymous installation identifier generated at installation, timestamps, and error and crash logs.

7.5. Data stored locally on your device

In extension storage (storage) we keep: settings, language and currency, the session token, and a cache of recently retrieved reports and tariffs. This data does not leave your device except as described above and is deleted when you uninstall the Extension.

7.6. What we do NOT collect

  • Health or medical information of any kind.
  • Financial and payment information inside the Extension — bank card numbers, bank accounts, transaction history or credit ratings.
  • Credentials, cookies or session tokens of your own Copart, IAAI, banking, email or any other third-party accounts.
  • Personal communications — emails, SMS or chat messages.
  • Content of tabs or websites other than those listed in section 5.
  • Precise geolocation, camera, microphone, clipboard or file-system contents.
  • Data of minors — the product is not intended for persons under 18.

8. Browser permissions and their justification

Cookies of any other site are neither read nor transmitted.
webRequest To process the Extension’s own requests to our servers and to the supported auction pages. It is not used to monitor your general browsing.
proxy To route only traffic to the Copart and IAAI domains during managed access through proxy servers owned and operated by AuctionGate, so that the dealer’s auction account is accessed from consistent addresses. Your other browsing is never routed through our proxies. No third-party proxy provider is used.
webRequestAuthProvider To authenticate automatically to our own proxy servers; proxy credentials are not shown to you and are not stored in readable form.
management Only to let the Extension disable itself when the account-protection mechanism is triggered (section 7.3). It is not used to read, enable, disable or uninstall any other extension.

The Extension does not request access to all websites, to full browser history, to the clipboard, or to the camera, microphone or precise device location.

9. Who we share data with

Note on the previous edition. The edition of 25 March 2026 covered only the website and did not describe the Extension, its sign-in, managed auction-account access or the role of PAR SOFT, INC. This edition describes them in full.

9.1. AuctionGate (PAR SOFT, INC.) personnel

We expressly disclose that authorised AuctionGate personnel access Extension usage data. PAR SOFT, INC. employees and contractors performing technical support, account management, product analytics and development roles access the session logs, behavioural events and statistics described in section 7.4, in order to:

  • resolve user incidents and support requests;
  • maintain usage statistics for the product and for each white-label build;
  • analyse user behaviour in order to improve the interface and features;
  • detect errors, abuse and unauthorised automated use.

Such access is subject to role-based access control, audit logging, confidentiality agreements and a prohibition on using the data for any purpose unrelated to operating and improving the product.

9.2. RAM International Shipping personnel

Managers and account managers of RAM International Shipping access your account data, your requests, your saved vehicles, your limits and the history of bids and purchases made through managed access, in order to serve you and to manage the dealer’s auction account.

9.3. Logistics partners

When you order the purchase, shipping or import of a vehicle, we share only the data necessary for that order with inland carriers, ocean carriers, customs brokers and insurers, and with Copart and IAAI where needed to complete the purchase.

9.4. Analytics — internal only

Product analytics for the Extension is performed only on AuctionGate’s own servers. The Extension does not use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel or any other third-party analytics or advertising service. Behavioural data collected on Copart and IAAI pages is never used for advertising, retargeting, building advertising profiles or advertising audiences, and is never passed to advertising networks.

On the Site (not in the Extension), RAM International Shipping may use web analytics and advertising measurement tools; analytics and marketing cookies are set only after your consent through the cookie notice (section 13). Such tools on the Site never receive VINs, lot numbers, the text of your search queries, Copart or IAAI page URLs or content, passwords or session tokens.

9.5. Infrastructure providers

Cloud hosting and managed databases, content delivery network, DNS and DDoS protection, transactional email and error-tracking services, engaged as processors under written contracts containing confidentiality and security obligations.

9.6. Authorities

We will disclose data to judicial, administrative, tax or customs authorities where there is a legal obligation or a valid legal request.

9.7. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell your personal data and do not disclose it to data brokers.
  • We do not use or transfer your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  • We do not use or transfer your data for purposes unrelated to operating, securing and improving the Extension’s single purpose.
  • We do not use Extension data for advertising of any kind.
  • We carry out no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. Limits on bidding are set by RAM International Shipping staff, not by an algorithm.

Where the legal basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time by the means described in section 16, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

11. Chrome Web Store Developer Program compliance

RAM International Shipping and PAR SOFT, INC. declare that the data handling performed by the Extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  1. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  2. User data is collected and used solely to provide or improve user-facing features that constitute the Extension’s single purpose described in section 4.
  3. We do not sell user data and do not transfer it to third parties except in the permitted cases: (i) to provide or improve the core functionality, through processors bound by contract; (ii) to comply with applicable law; (iii) for security purposes, including investigating fraud or abuse; (iv) with the user’s explicit consent.
  4. We do not use or transfer user data for personalised advertising, and we do not use or transfer it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
  5. We do not allow humans to read user data, except: (i) with the user’s affirmative agreement for specific data, such as a support request; (ii) where necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (iii) to comply with applicable law; or (iv) where the data is aggregated and anonymised and used for internal operations. The personnel access described in sections 9.1 and 9.2 occurs only under these cases and, for 9.2, within the managed-access service the user signed up for.

The data-category declaration published on the Extension’s Chrome Web Store listing corresponds to the categories described in section 7.4 of this Policy.

12. International transfers

Data is processed on servers located in the European Union and the United States of America, and is disclosed to PAR SOFT, INC. (United States) and to the providers listed in section 9.5.

Where Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) applies, transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, supplemented by technical measures: encryption in transit and at rest, pseudonymisation and data minimisation. For other jurisdictions, including Ukraine, we rely on the mechanism their national law provides — your consent, or the necessity of the transfer to perform a contract with you.

13. Cookies and similar technologies

On the Site we use:

  • strictly necessary technical cookies — session, security, language and currency; no consent required;
  • analytics and marketing cookies — only if the Site uses such tools (section 9.4) and only after your consent through the cookie notice, which you can change or withdraw at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

The Extension sets no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses the cookies permission only as described in section 8.

14. Retention periods

Once these periods expire, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

15. Security

We apply, among others: TLS encryption of communications; encryption of data at rest; salted hashing of passwords; server-side storage of auction-account credentials; role-based access control and least privilege; multi-factor authentication for staff with data access; audit logging of access; segregation of environments; encrypted backups; the account-protection mechanism described in section 7.3; and security review of the Extension’s code before each release.

In the event of a personal-data breach that presents a risk, we will notify the competent authority and, where applicable, affected users, within no more than 72 hours of detection.

16. How to control data collection

  • Turn off behavioural analytics in the Extension. Open the Extension → Settings → Privacy → turn off the “Analytics and product improvement” toggle. With that toggle off, we stop sending the behavioural events described in section 7.4(e) — except bids and purchases needed to enforce the dealer’s limits — and the browsing data in section 7.4(d) that is not strictly necessary to display the report you are requesting.
  • Sign out. Signing out of the Extension revokes the session token and ends managed access.
  • Cookie settings on the Site. The cookie notice lets you grant or withdraw consent at any time.
  • Incognito mode. The Extension does not run in incognito windows unless you explicitly enable it at chrome://extensions.
  • Uninstall the Extension. chrome://extensions → “RAM Shipping” → Remove. Uninstalling deletes all Extension local storage.
  • Request server-side deletion. Write to the addresses in section 17 and we will delete or anonymise your data, except records we must keep by law.
  • Browser signals. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal when the browser sends it.

17. Your rights

17.1. Ukraine

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to: know the sources of collection, the location of your data, the purposes of processing and the identity of the controller; access your data; receive an answer about processing within thirty calendar days; submit a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of your data; be protected against unlawful processing; withdraw consent; and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.

17.2. European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

17.3. Canada

If Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) or a provincial privacy law applies to you, you have the right to access and correct your personal information, to withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions, and to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

17.4. California and other U.S. states

If the CCPA/CPRA or a similar state law applies to you, you have the right to know the categories of data collected, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of data — noting that we do not sell or share data within the meaning of that legislation — and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

17.5. How to exercise your rights

Write to [email protected] or [email protected], stating the right you wish to exercise and, if you use the Extension, the installation identifier shown under Settings → About in the Extension (that identifier lets us locate your data without requiring you to send identity documents).

We will respond within 30 calendar days. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

18. Minors

Neither the Site nor the Extension is directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that we have collected a minor’s data, we will delete it.

19. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published at https://ram-shipping.com.ua/en/privacy-policy/ with its version number and date. If a change materially affects the categories of data collected or the purposes of processing, we will announce it on the Site and in the Extension and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again.

Ця Політика конфіденційності пояснює, які дані ми збираємо, навіщо, кому передаємо, скільки зберігаємо і які права ви маєте щодо:

  • Сайту — вебсайту https://ram-shipping.com.ua (зокрема ram-shipping.com і клієнтського порталу portal.ram-shipping.com) та його піддоменів;
  • Розширення — браузерного розширення Google Chrome «RAM Shipping», ID hlepncelffbopanhnpodikeblaolepfh, опублікованого в Chrome Web Store акаунтом розробника PAR Soft, inc (PAR SOFT, INC., оператор auctiongate.io).

Встановлюючи чи використовуючи Розширення та користуючись Сайтом, ви підтверджуєте, що ознайомилися з цією Політикою і зрозуміли її. Якщо ви з нею не згодні, не встановлюйте Розширення і не користуйтеся Сайтом.

Ця Політика навмисно детальна. Ми воліємо точно описати все, що робимо, — зокрема вхід в акаунт, керований доступ до аукціонних акаунтів і збирання поведінкових даних, — ніж ховати це за загальними формулюваннями.

RAM International Shipping визначає мету обробки щодо своїх клієнтів; PAR SOFT, INC. надає технологію, інфраструктуру і технічну підтримку та обробляє дані від імені RAM International Shipping, а також для підтримки, безпеки та вдосконалення продукту.

3. Заява про природу Розширення (white label)

Розширення «RAM Shipping» — це white-label збірка розширення AuctionGate.

Ми хочемо, щоб це було цілком зрозуміло користувачам, Google і будь-якому наглядовому органу:

  1. Розширення розробляє, підписує, підтримує і публікує PAR SOFT, INC. (auctiongate.io). RAM International Shipping — ліцензіат white label: надає бренд, локальний комерційний зміст (тарифи, прайс-листи, послуги) і відносини з кінцевим клієнтом.
  2. Розширення має ту саму кодову базу, ту саму серверну інфраструктуру, ті самі API і ті самі процедури обробки даних, що й розширення AuctionGate та інші white-label збірки того самого продукту для інших партнерів. Згадки в інтерфейсі чи описі Розширення про вхід «через сервіс AuctionGate» стосуються саме цієї спільної платформи.
  3. Відповідно, дані, зібрані Розширенням, передаються на інфраструктуру PAR SOFT, INC. (AuctionGate) і зберігаються там, а уповноважений персонал AuctionGate має доступ до цих даних на умовах розділу 9.
  4. Виправлення безпеки, оновлення і функціональні зміни застосовуються централізовано до всіх збірок.
  5. Політика конфіденційності AuctionGate (https://auctiongate.io/us/policy) доповнює цю. У разі розбіжностей щодо Розширення «RAM Shipping» переважає ця Політика.

4. Єдине призначення Розширення

Допомогти покупцям, дилерам та імпортерам купувати фізичні автомобілі на північноамериканських аукціонах битих і вживаних авто Copart та IAAI (IAA): показати на сторінці лота історію і стан автомобіля та повну вартість покупки, доставки і розмитнення до України та інших країн призначення, а також надати працівникам і клієнтам дилера контрольований доступ до аукціонного акаунта покупця дилера з обмеженнями, які встановлює дилер.

Функції, що служать цьому призначенню:

  • калькулятор вартості — ціна лота + збори аукціону + доставка по США/Канаді + морський фрахт + мито і податки + послуги брокера, за прайс-листом, який RAM International Shipping призначає користувачу;
  • перевірка лота — перевірка VIN, історія попередніх продажів і ставок лота на Copart та IAAI, розшифрування VIN і технічні характеристики;
  • документи — експортні документи, вартість оформлення документів і статус відправлення;
  • керований доступ до аукціонного акаунта — робота в акаунті покупця Copart/IAAI, що належить RAM International Shipping, з обмеженнями на суму ставки, кількість одночасних ставок, кількість виграних авто, live-аукціони і штати; персональний список спостереження; історія переглянутих лотів, ставок і покупок;
  • вдосконалення та безпека Розширення на основі аналізу використання.

Пряме роз’яснення: Розширення не є інструментом азартних ігор, ставок на результат, лотерей, ринків прогнозів, інвестицій чи ігор на удачу і не сприяє такій діяльності. Слова «ставка» (bid) чи «пропозиція» означають лише ціну, запропоновану за фізичний товар (автомобіль) на комерційному аукціоні рухомого майна. Тут немає випадкового результату, коефіцієнтів, грошових призів чи парі будь-якого роду.

5. Де працює Розширення

Розширення працює лише на таких доменах:

  • copart.com, copart.ca, їхні піддомени і регіональні домени;
  • iaai.com, iaai.ca, їхні піддомени і регіональні домени;
  • ram-shipping.com.ua, ram-shipping.com і portal.ram-shipping.com;
  • auctiongate.io.

Поза цими доменами Розширення не вбудовує код, не читає вміст сторінок, не відстежує дії користувача, не читає файли cookie і не збирає жодних даних. Ми не маємо доступу до інших ваших вкладок, загальної історії браузера, пошти, інтернет-банкінгу чи будь-яких інших сайтів.

Розширення не містить Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel чи будь-якого іншого стороннього аналітичного або рекламного коду. Дані Розширення залишаються на серверах AuctionGate і не передаються третім особам, крім інфраструктурних провайдерів, що діють як наші розпорядники (розділ 9.5), і органів влади, коли цього вимагає закон (розділ 9.6).

7. Які дані ми збираємо

7.1. Дані, що збираються через Сайт

  • Дані, які ви надаєте самі: ім’я, e-mail, номер телефону / Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram, текст повідомлення, дані про автомобіль чи лот, що вас цікавить, та інші дані, які ви вводите у форму чи листування з нами.
  • Дані акаунта клієнта, якщо ви його створюєте: ID користувача, контактні дані, історія запитів, історія придбаних і ввезених автомобілів, рахунки та оплати.
  • Дані про відвідування Сайту: IP-адреса, переглянуті сторінки, джерело переходу, дата і час, ідентифікатори cookie і пристрою, тип браузера та операційної системи, приблизні країна і регіон.

7.2. Дані акаунта та автентифікації в Розширенні

У Розширенні є вхід в акаунт RAM International Shipping / AuctionGate. Відповідно:

  • Під час входу Розширення передає введені вами e-mail (або логін) і пароль на сервери AuctionGate зашифрованим каналом TLS — виключно для перевірки облікових даних.
  • Пароль ніколи не зберігається в Розширенні, не записується в локальне сховище у відкритому вигляді, не потрапляє в журнали і не передається третім особам; на наших серверах він існує лише як криптографічний хеш із сіллю.
  • Після успішного входу Розширення зберігає в сховищі розширення токен сесії. Він ідентифікує вашу сесію, відкликається при виході або видаленні Розширення і передається лише на сервери AuctionGate.
  • Ваші ім’я, e-mail, телефон, призначений прайс-лист, обмеження та ID акаунта доступні Розширенню, щоб показувати профіль, тарифи, обмеження і збережені лоти.

7.3. Керований доступ до аукціонного акаунта дилера

Щоб робити ставки на Copart та IAAI, потрібен зареєстрований акаунт покупця. RAM International Shipping має такі акаунти і дає своїм працівникам і клієнтам працювати в них через Розширення з обмеженнями, які RAM International Shipping встановлює для кожного користувача. У цьому режимі:

  • Облікові дані аукціонного акаунта RAM International Shipping зберігаються на серверах AuctionGate; вони вам не показуються і не зберігаються у відкритому вигляді на вашому пристрої. Розширення розміщує сесію цього акаунта у вашому браузері лише на доменах Copart та IAAI.
  • Щоб застосовувати обмеження, Розширення фіксує для кожного користувача відкриті лоти, зроблені ставки (лот, сума, час, результат) і виграні автомобілі та показує цю історію вам і RAM International Shipping.
  • Ми не збираємо, не читаємо, не перехоплюємо і не зберігаємо облікові дані, cookie чи токени сесій ваших власних особистих акаунтів Copart, IAAI, банку, пошти чи будь-яких інших сторонніх сервісів. Якщо ви входите на Copart чи IAAI зі свого акаунта, Розширення цю сесію не використовує.
  • Захист акаунта. Щоб не допустити вилучення аукціонної сесії дилера, при відкритті інструментів розробника браузера під час активного керованого доступу Розширення закриває вкладки аукціонів, закриває інструменти розробника і вимикає себе. Цей механізм не збирає додаткового вмісту; зберігається лише запис про подію безпеки (час, ідентифікатор встановлення, версія Розширення).

7.4. Дані, що збирає Розширення, за задекларованими категоріями

Нижче — повний перелік категорій даних, які мають бути задекларовані в картці Розширення в Chrome Web Store, з конкретним поясненням, що кожна категорія означає в нашому випадку.

а) Інформація, що дозволяє ідентифікувати особу

Ім’я, e-mail, телефон та ID акаунта, як описано в розділі 7.2. Навіщо: щоб автентифікувати вас, пов’язати Розширення з акаунтом, застосувати ваш прайс-лист і обмеження, показати збережені лоти і надавати підтримку.

б) Дані для автентифікації

Облікові дані, які ви вводите у власну форму входу Розширення, і отриманий токен сесії (розділ 7.2); сесія аукціонного акаунта дилера для керованого доступу (розділ 7.3). Навіщо: виключно щоб автентифікувати вас у сервісі, підтримувати сесію і надати доступ до аукціонного акаунта дилера.

в) Місцезнаходження

Приблизні країна і регіон, визначені за IP-адресою; часовий пояс і мова, налаштовані в браузері. Ми не використовуємо GPS, Bluetooth, сусідні мережі Wi-Fi чи інші методи точного геопозиціювання і не знаємо вашої адреси чи точного місця перебування. Навіщо: щоб показати правильний порт призначення і тарифи фрахту, адаптувати мову і валюту, застосувати правильні митні правила, виконати вимоги санкційного та експортного контролю і виявляти аномальний доступ до акаунта дилера.

г) Історія веб-перегляду

Поки Розширення активне на доменах із розділу 5, ми фіксуємо: URL, заголовок і час сторінок Copart та IAAI, які ви відкриваєте; номер лота і VIN, визначені на цих сторінках; пошукові запити і фільтри, які ви застосовуєте на цих сайтах; порядок перегляду сторінок лотів у сесії. Навіщо: щоб отримати і показати звіт про лот, який ви переглядаєте; вести історію переглянутих лотів і список спостереження; рахувати статистику цін на аналогічні лоти; формувати статистику використання.

Ми не фіксуємо URL, заголовки чи вміст жодних сторінок поза доменами з розділу 5 і не маємо доступу до загальної історії вашого браузера.

ґ) Дії користувача

Кліки (елемент і час); положення і рух курсора; прокручування і глибина перегляду; час на кожному екрані і тривалість сесії; відкриття, закриття і використання панелей і калькуляторів Розширення; текст, який ви вводите в поле пошуку аукціонного сайту і в пошукові поля самого Розширення; ставки і покупки, зроблені через керований доступ (розділ 7.3).

Навіщо: щоб автодоповнювати і виправляти VIN чи номер лота, який ви вводите; застосовувати обмеження, встановлені дилером; показувати вам історію ставок і покупок; виявляти помилки інтерфейсу і незручності; вдосконалювати продукт.

Важливе роз’яснення щодо фіксації введення з клавіатури. Ми фіксуємо введений текст лише в полях пошуку. Ми не фіксуємо те, що ви вводите в: форми входу сторонніх сайтів, поля пароля, поля банківської картки чи оплати, форми з персональними даними, чати чи месенджери, будь-які інші поля. Ставка фіксується лише як подана сума за лот, як описано в розділі 7.3, — а не як натискання клавіш. Перед передачею зафіксований пошуковий текст проходить автоматичний фільтр, який відкидає рядки, схожі на пароль, номер платіжної картки, номер документа чи e-mail.

д) Вміст вебсайтів

Публічні дані автомобіля зі сторінки лота: VIN, номер лота, марка, модель, рік, комплектація; пробіг, тип і ступінь пошкодження, статус документів, наявність ключів, двигун і коробка передач; місце знаходження лота і дата аукціону; публічно показані ціни і ставки, ціна «купити зараз», оціночна вартість; URL фотографій лота. Навіщо: для калькулятора вартості, порівняння лота з історичними продажами аналогічних авто і формування звіту, який ви бачите.

Ми не вилучаємо і не зберігаємо повний вміст сторінки, скрипти сторінки чи повний HTML.

е) Технічні та діагностичні дані

Версія Розширення, версія браузера, операційна система, роздільна здатність екрана, мова інтерфейсу, випадковий псевдонімний ідентифікатор встановлення, створений під час інсталяції, мітки часу, журнали помилок і збоїв.

7.5. Дані, що зберігаються локально на вашому пристрої

У сховищі розширення (storage) ми зберігаємо: налаштування, мову і валюту, токен сесії, кеш нещодавно отриманих звітів і тарифів. Ці дані не залишають ваш пристрій інакше, ніж описано вище, і видаляються разом із Розширенням.

7.6. Що ми НЕ збираємо

  • Відомості про здоров’я будь-якого роду.
  • Фінансову і платіжну інформацію в Розширенні — номери банківських карток, рахунків, історію транзакцій чи кредитні рейтинги.
  • Облікові дані, cookie чи токени сесій ваших власних акаунтів Copart, IAAI, банку, пошти чи інших сторонніх сервісів.
  • Особисте листування — e-mail, SMS, повідомлення в чатах.
  • Вміст вкладок і сайтів, крім перелічених у розділі 5.
  • Точне геоположення, камеру, мікрофон, буфер обміну, файли.
  • Дані неповнолітніх — продукт не призначений для осіб до 18 років.

8. Дозволи браузера та їх обґрунтування

Решта вашого перегляду через наші проксі ніколи не йде. Сторонні проксі-провайдери не використовуються.
webRequestAuthProvider Щоб автоматично автентифікуватися на наших власних проксі-серверах; облікові дані проксі вам не показуються і не зберігаються у відкритому вигляді.
management Лише щоб Розширення могло вимкнути себе при спрацюванні механізму захисту акаунта (розділ 7.3). Не використовується для читання, увімкнення, вимкнення чи видалення інших розширень.

Розширення не запитує доступу до всіх сайтів, до повної історії браузера, буфера обміну, камери, мікрофона чи точного місцезнаходження пристрою.

9. Кому ми передаємо дані

Щодо попередньої редакції. Редакція від 25 березня 2026 р. стосувалася лише сайту і не описувала Розширення, вхід в акаунт, керований доступ до аукціонних акаунтів і роль PAR SOFT, INC. Ця редакція описує їх повністю.

9.1. Персонал AuctionGate (PAR SOFT, INC.)

Ми прямо повідомляємо, що уповноважений персонал AuctionGate має доступ до даних використання Розширення. Працівники і підрядники PAR SOFT, INC., які виконують функції технічної підтримки, ведення акаунтів, продуктової аналітики і розробки, мають доступ до журналів сесій, поведінкових подій і статистики з розділу 7.4, щоб:

  • розв’язувати інциденти і звернення користувачів;
  • вести статистику використання продукту і кожної white-label збірки;
  • аналізувати поведінку користувачів для вдосконалення інтерфейсу і функцій;
  • виявляти помилки, зловживання і несанкціоноване автоматизоване використання.

Такий доступ обмежений рольовим контролем доступу, журналюванням, угодами про конфіденційність і забороною використовувати дані для цілей, не пов’язаних із роботою і вдосконаленням продукту.

9.2. Персонал RAM International Shipping

Менеджери RAM International Shipping мають доступ до даних вашого акаунта, ваших запитів, збережених авто, обмежень та історії ставок і покупок через керований доступ — щоб обслуговувати вас і керувати аукціонним акаунтом дилера.

9.3. Логістичні партнери

Коли ви замовляєте купівлю, доставку чи ввезення автомобіля, ми передаємо лише необхідні для цього замовлення дані перевізникам по суші, морським перевізникам, митним брокерам і страховикам, а також Copart та IAAI — коли це потрібно для завершення покупки.

9.4. Аналітика — лише внутрішня

Продуктова аналітика Розширення виконується лише на власних серверах AuctionGate. Розширення не використовує Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel чи будь-які інші сторонні аналітичні або рекламні сервіси. Поведінкові дані, зібрані на сторінках Copart та IAAI, ніколи не використовуються для реклами, ретаргетингу, побудови рекламних профілів чи аудиторій і не передаються рекламним мережам.

На Сайті (не в Розширенні) RAM International Shipping може використовувати інструменти вебаналітики і вимірювання реклами; аналітичні та маркетингові cookie встановлюються лише після вашої згоди через банер cookie (розділ 13). Такі інструменти на Сайті ніколи не отримують VIN, номери лотів, текст ваших пошукових запитів, URL чи вміст сторінок Copart та IAAI, паролі чи токени сесій.

9.5. Інфраструктурні провайдери

Хмарний хостинг і керовані бази даних, мережа доставки контенту, DNS і захист від DDoS, сервіси транзакційної пошти і відстеження помилок — як розпорядники за письмовими договорами з обов’язками щодо конфіденційності та безпеки.

9.6. Органи влади

Ми розкриваємо дані судовим, адміністративним, податковим чи митним органам, якщо цього вимагає закон або є правомірний запит.

9.7. Чого ми НЕ робимо

  • Ми не продаємо ваші персональні дані і не передаємо їх брокерам даних.
  • Ми не використовуємо і не передаємо дані для оцінки кредитоспроможності чи кредитування.
  • Ми не використовуємо і не передаємо дані для цілей, не пов’язаних із роботою, безпекою і вдосконаленням єдиного призначення Розширення.
  • Ми не використовуємо дані Розширення для будь-якої реклами.
  • Ми не ухвалюємо автоматизованих рішень, що мають правові чи подібно значущі наслідки для вас. Обмеження на ставки встановлюють працівники RAM International Shipping, а не алгоритм.

11. Дотримання Програми для розробників Chrome Web Store

RAM International Shipping і PAR SOFT, INC. заявляють, що обробка даних Розширенням відповідає Політиці щодо даних користувачів Chrome Web Store, зокрема вимогам обмеженого використання (Limited Use):

  1. Використання і передача інформації, отриманої з API Google, у будь-які інші застосунки відповідатиме Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, зокрема Limited Use requirements.
  2. Дані користувачів збираються і використовуються лише для надання чи вдосконалення функцій для користувача, що становлять єдине призначення Розширення з розділу 4.
  3. Ми не продаємо дані користувачів і не передаємо їх третім особам, крім дозволених випадків: (i) для надання чи вдосконалення основної функції через розпорядників за договором; (ii) для виконання закону; (iii) з міркувань безпеки, зокрема розслідування шахрайства чи зловживань; (iv) за явною згодою користувача.
  4. Ми не використовуємо і не передаємо дані для персоналізованої реклами і не використовуємо і не передаємо їх для оцінки кредитоспроможності чи кредитування.
  5. Ми не дозволяємо людям читати дані користувачів, крім випадків: (i) за явною згодою користувача щодо конкретних даних, наприклад звернення до підтримки; (ii) коли це потрібно для безпеки, зокрема розслідування зловживань; (iii) для виконання закону; (iv) коли дані агреговані й анонімізовані і використовуються для внутрішньої роботи. Доступ персоналу з розділів 9.1 і 9.2 відбувається лише в цих випадках, а для 9.2 — у межах послуги керованого доступу, на яку погодився користувач.

Декларація категорій даних у картці Розширення в Chrome Web Store відповідає категоріям із розділу 7.4 цієї Політики.

12. Транскордонна передача

Дані обробляються на серверах у Європейському Союзі і Сполучених Штатах Америки та розкриваються PAR SOFT, INC. (США) і провайдерам із розділу 9.5.

Якщо застосовується Регламент (ЄС) 2016/679 (GDPR), передача за межі Європейської економічної зони здійснюється на підставі Стандартних договірних умов, затверджених Європейською комісією, з додатковими технічними заходами: шифрування під час передачі і зберігання, псевдонімізація і мінімізація даних. Для інших юрисдикцій, зокрема України, ми спираємося на механізм, передбачений їхнім законодавством, — вашу згоду або необхідність передачі для виконання договору з вами.

13. Файли cookie та подібні технології

На Сайті ми використовуємо:

  • строго необхідні технічні cookie — сесія, безпека, мова і валюта; згода не потрібна;
  • аналітичні та маркетингові cookie — лише якщо Сайт використовує такі інструменти (розділ 9.4) і лише після вашої згоди через банер cookie, яку ви можете будь-коли змінити чи відкликати.

Ви також можете блокувати чи видаляти cookie в налаштуваннях браузера.

Розширення не встановлює аналітичних чи рекламних cookie. Дозвіл cookies використовується лише як описано в розділі 8.

Після закінчення цих строків дані видаляються або незворотно анонімізуються.

15. Безпека

Ми застосовуємо, зокрема: шифрування з’єднань TLS; шифрування даних під час зберігання; хешування паролів із сіллю; зберігання облікових даних аукціонних акаунтів лише на сервері; рольовий контроль доступу і принцип мінімальних привілеїв; багатофакторну автентифікацію для персоналу з доступом до даних; журналювання доступу; розділення середовищ; шифровані резервні копії; механізм захисту акаунта з розділу 7.3; перевірку безпеки коду Розширення перед кожним релізом.

У разі порушення безпеки персональних даних, що створює ризик, ми повідомимо компетентний орган і, де це потрібно, постраждалих користувачів не пізніше ніж за 72 години з моменту виявлення.

16. Як контролювати збирання даних

  • Вимкнути поведінкову аналітику в Розширенні. Відкрийте Розширення → Налаштування → Приватність → вимкніть перемикач «Аналітика і вдосконалення продукту». Після цього ми припиняємо надсилати поведінкові події з розділу 7.4(ґ) — крім ставок і покупок, потрібних для застосування обмежень дилера, — і дані перегляду з розділу 7.4(г), які не є строго необхідними для показу звіту, який ви запитуєте.
  • Вийти з акаунта. Вихід із Розширення відкликає токен сесії і завершує керований доступ.
  • Налаштування cookie на Сайті. Банер cookie дозволяє будь-коли надати чи відкликати згоду.
  • Режим інкогніто. Розширення не працює у вікнах інкогніто, якщо ви явно не ввімкнете це на chrome://extensions.
  • Видалити Розширення. chrome://extensions → «RAM Shipping» → Видалити. Видалення стирає все локальне сховище Розширення.
  • Запит на видалення даних на сервері. Напишіть на адреси з розділу 17 — ми видалимо або анонімізуємо ваші дані, крім записів, які зобов’язані зберігати за законом.
  • Сигнали браузера. Ми враховуємо сигнал Global Privacy Control (GPC), якщо браузер його надсилає.

17. Ваші права

17.1. Україна

Відповідно до Закону України «Про захист персональних даних» ви маєте право: знати про джерела збирання, місцезнаходження своїх даних, мету обробки і володільця; мати доступ до своїх даних; отримати відповідь щодо обробки протягом тридцяти календарних днів; пред’являти вмотивовану вимогу щодо зміни чи знищення своїх даних; на захист від незаконної обробки; відкликати згоду; звертатися зі скаргою до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини або до суду.

17.2. Європейська економічна зона і Велика Британія

Якщо до вас застосовується GDPR або UK GDPR, ви також маєте права на доступ, виправлення, видалення, обмеження обробки, перенесення і заперечення, право відкликати згоду і право подати скаргу до національного наглядового органу.

17.3. Канада

Якщо до вас застосовується канадський Закон про захист персональної інформації та електронні документи (PIPEDA) чи провінційний закон про приватність, ви маєте право на доступ до своєї персональної інформації та її виправлення, право відкликати згоду з урахуванням правових чи договірних обмежень і право подати скаргу до Офісу Уповноваженого з питань приватності Канади.

17.4. Каліфорнія та інші штати США

Якщо до вас застосовується CCPA/CPRA чи подібний закон штату, ви маєте право знати категорії зібраних даних, вимагати їх видалення чи виправлення, відмовитися від «продажу» чи «поширення» даних — зауважимо, що ми не продаємо і не поширюємо дані в розумінні цього законодавства, — і не зазнавати дискримінації за реалізацію своїх прав.

17.5. Як реалізувати свої права

Напишіть на [email protected] або [email protected], вказавши право, яке хочете реалізувати, а якщо ви користуєтеся Розширенням — ідентифікатор встановлення з розділу Налаштування → Про розширення (він дозволяє знайти ваші дані без надсилання документів, що посвідчують особу).

Ми відповімо протягом 30 календарних днів. Реалізація прав безкоштовна.

18. Неповнолітні

Ні Сайт, ні Розширення не призначені для осіб до 18 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо їхніх даних. Якщо ми виявимо, що зібрали дані неповнолітнього, ми їх видалимо.

19. Зміни до цієї Політики

Ми можемо оновлювати цю Політику. Актуальна редакція завжди опублікована за адресою https://ram-shipping.com.ua/privacy-policy/ із номером редакції і датою. Якщо зміна суттєво впливає на категорії даних чи мету обробки, ми повідомимо про це на Сайті і в Розширенні та, де цього вимагає закон, знову попросимо вашої згоди.
